Message to a Stranger
These words are written in a message that surely will never be read, to someone that I may never see again or that I would recognize if she walked past me. I will call you Road Rage Lady.
Minutes ago I was on my way home, driving at a safe speed, within the limit allowed by law and YOU, in your P.O.S. (piece of s..t) car were right behind me. As I noticed, there was significant damage already on your car, most likely a result of your aggressive driving habits. Apparently, you thought that I was not going fast enough because you were so close behind my car that all I could see in my rear view mirror is a small part of your hood, your windshield and that look on your face. If you WERE saying something to me, at least I had the luxury of distance and could neither hear nor read your lips. I guess you did not realize that I cannot go any faster than the car in front of me. Sorry about that! However, I did speed up enough so that I was right next to the vehicle in the lane beside me, thereby forcing you to stay where you are and preventing you from changing lanes to get ahead of me. I am soooooo bad. Thank you for not having a gun handy and deciding to put a few bullets through my rear windshield to express your displeasure. Hopefully you made it home safely, as I did and that you have a nice evening, as I plan to. You might consider leaving a little earlier next time so you won’t be in such a hurry.
